1) What makes it good? She uses contrast by using color and a bigger font for her name. She uses contrast by capitalizing and bolding the main points of her resume. She also added a picture to make her resume stand out more and add a visual to it instead of the standard resume with information about yourself. She uses alignment by splitting up each section of her resume. What makes it bad? I think she should have used a different font because the one she used does not look very professional. I also think the alignment of the details under each category sems to be scattered instead of organized.
2) What makes it good? They use contrast by making their name bigger than the rest of the information. They also use alignment with their name by centering it on the page to make it stand out. They use alignment by spilitting up the different categories and also using bullet points to list the things they have done. Another thing with alignment they do that stands out to me is that they put important information such as their GPA and the dates they completed cetain work and research lined down the side next to the information so that it stands out as well. What makes it bad? I don't think there is anything that makes this resume bad. I think they did a good job of making all the information stand out and easy to read. They organized it very neatly to make it easy for employers to glance over and get the main ideas with a quick look instead of having to look around for details.
3) What makes it good? Like most of the other resumes, they use contrast to make their name stand out by using a different and bigger font. They also use mostly the same alignment by using bullet points and proximity by splitting the the different categories. They also use contrast by bolding the text of the different categories. What makes it bad? I think they should have aligned their experiences differntly instead of having them all go in a straight line because it does not stand out, it all blends together instead.
For step 3 of my EAR project that is directed towards employers I created a resume. I used contrast by making my name and contact information bigger because it will stand out to the reader. For alignment, I used bullet points to organize the information I am presenting. I also aligned all the cateogories to the left of the page to make it easy to read and stand out. I used proximity by splitting up the information because I did not want all the information to flow together and look cluttered. I bolded each category to make them stand out and make it easier to read and understand. Also, I used a border to add contrast to my page because it will make my resume stand out more as opposed to someone who does not have a border.
